EGPL Specially developed Banded  Piston Technology have several Advantages in Vehicle Comfort & Performance

Reduced Friction: Our Banded pistons typically feature a low-friction PTFE( Poly tetra flour ethylene ) material around the piston band (Teflon). This reduces friction between the piston and the shock absorber cylinder, allowing for smoother operation.

Improved Sealing: The Teflon around the piston helps to create a better seal between the piston and the cylinder wall. This improves the efficiency of the shock absorber by minimizing fluid bypass and ensuring that the damping force is consistently applied.
